We currently live in a culture of self-entitlement, where people encourage everyone to do whatever they want to. The thing is people are increasingly not knowing how to deal with the word "No" or disappointment. It is increasing safety risks for everyone else. This episode digs into this concept and hopefully will help to clarify when it's best to encourage, and best to discourage.
