Many good educators are leaving the profession due to not feeling safe or supported. In Episode 9 of The Bumpy Road to Healing, Traci and Leena discuss the importance of Healthy Compliance and its role in conscience development for children. When educators have expectations for their students, such as following adult directions, not bothering their peers, completing assignments., etc., it is reasonable to expect compliance. Healthy compliance not only helps children mature, but it also provides safety for all students and staff in a school building.
