Eric Collier delivers a resounding high-energy message with the purpose of helping people stay mentally tough whether they are working toward a goal, struggling to find their way, or fighting through adversity. Eric attributes his mental toughness to overcoming obstacles and challenges to “not being another one of life’s statistics” from growing up in a divorced and blended family, living in a home with domestic violence, alcohol and drug addiction, being cast from his parents homes and other tough life issues. Nicknamed “The Mayor” by coworkers Eric connects, empowers, and inspires others to strive toward reaching their definition of success. His catchphrase, “I keep pushing because nobody is going to do it for me,” helps to keep him on track during challenging times. Eric’s mission is to help others not only identify their purpose in life but put into action those activities needed to help them growing and moving forward. A veteran of the United States Military, Eric served in the Army Reserves as a Combat Engineer before joining the US Navy where he started his active duty career as an Aviation Boatswain Mate before spending countless off-duty hours to train and cross rate to Intelligence Specialist. His desire to leave the Navy with a skill set offering more career opportunities has led to a career of 20+ years in the Defense Intelligence Community. Recognized and awarded for his leadership skills and abilities throughout his military and Intelligence career, Eric is a proven leader who understands the importance of teaching, teamwork, and personal development. As a father and grandfather, he believes it is important to be a positive influence and lead by example when it comes to developing future leaders.
