Kelli Collins has such an amazing and unique role at HIJH. She will explain the classes she teaches, discuss when students are being active and engaged in their learning, they really take ownership, and in turn there are less behavior issues and more engagement. She is an expert at getting to know her students, and building a foundation to grow on.
