Today I'm showing up in some luteal energy! This is the phase of the menstrual cycle where we begin to turn inward. Our intuition is heightened and we become more grounded in our bodies, as we prepare to release anything that no longer serves us. This is a form of integration, and it creates even more space within us for creativity in the next cycle that begins after our menstrual phase.

Cycle syncing is such a powerful practice for leaders, because at our core, we are space holders. We hold space for the birthing of innovations and creations. We hold space for our teams. But we cannot do this if we do not rest and integrate, and honor all phases of our cycle.

The luteal phase can be a time where shadows and patterns surface, to be healed and released. This doesn't mean that something is wrong with us. This means that we are emotionally preparing to release.

In this episode, I share a little bit about the 4 distinct phases of the menstrual cycle, but if you're interested in taking a deeper dive into this, I invite you to check out my cycle syncing course (https://www.nicolebellisle.com/cyclesyncing). In addition to the virtual course, you'll find 3 powerful how-to guides that you can read through, to begin cycle syncing.
