In today's episode I take some talking points from the chat room. We start talking about what essential is and then dive into the abuse of employees vs times are tough. This leads to a discussion of gratitude and being appreciated. Being appreciated is different than feeling appreciated. Bouncing back and forth from talking and chatting live I end up discussing PPE. I use Chic-Fil-A drive through as an example of how improper use of PPE can have the intended effect of calming people down. And sometimes all we need is to achieve a goal instead of actually protecting anything.
