This week I'm about to redefine the word "selfish" as you know it. We're raised to think it's this evil attitude that gives us an excuse to take away from others, but oh no honey! I want you to change your perspective and see how selfishness can be an empowering tool to start putting yourself FIRST. We're so afraid to be called selfish that we place everyone else above our own needs and desires. Starting today I want you to take that word back and give to yourself, make sure your happy, aligned and energized. Remember, there's a reason they say to place that oxygen mask on yourself first!
