I believe we all want to claim that we are “emotionally mature” yet if I would like to put my hand up first & say “yes, I have adult fits! However I recognize them and do my best to change my level of reactions!” Emotional maturity refers to your ability to understand, and manage, your emotions. The most important part of emotional maturity is to realize that you when you have maturity within your emotions this enables you to create the life you desire. A life filled with happiness and fulfillment based upon what that means to you! You define success in your own terms, not society's, and you strive to achieve it because you know how you react is part of the outcome (good, bad or indifferent). In today’s episode of Project You with Camie Cragg we will go over signs of emotional maturity and how to develop better grips with all emotions! Believe me when I say it’s a daily practice and can turn into a very challenging road yet by the action based behavior that you continue to have to be your best self- this road too will shine, show and prepare you for the more mature days ahead of you, emotionally!
