With Covid-19 still front and centre across the globe, diversity hasn't been far behind. This pandemic has shone an even harsher light on the inequalities people are facing on a daily basis that can't be ignored any longer.

From social mobility, gaps in representation, to accessibility, we pose the question: are we getting the basics right?

Enjoy the conversation as we engage with our panellists, Rachel Murphy, Nadira Hussain, and Dr Sam Shah and their take on the state of play and where to go with it all. This continues not to be one-sided though, watch our panellists and take the opportunity to ask them your questions via social media!
