In order to get a breakthrough in my FITNESS journey.

4. Consistency
Dave Brailsford Magical transformation o of British cycling team from shackles gives clear message of how each small habit can turn out in your benefits.
The aggression of marginal gains , process for a tiny margin of improvement whatever you do.
As per Brailsford, the whole principle came from idea that, if we break down everything we think of, that goes into riding a 🚳 bike &than improve by 1%.
You will get a significant increase when you put them all together.
