Self-described as "The most beautiful, handsome trainwreck you'll ever see", future Paralympian Greg Stewart discusses his athletic mindset as a National Team shot putter in Para Athletics. Standing 7'2", Greg is relatively new to the sport, but has achieved tremendous success winning the Silver medal at the 2019 World Championships and Pan-Am Games. His willingness to be vulnerable is a reflection of the mental self-love and care he has worked on over the years.
