Dr. Alice Fong is a naturopathic doctor, known as the “Virtual Stress Doc,” and she helps busy professionals break free from stress, anxiety, and burnout without having to quit their jobs using a 5-step holistic approach. She is the founder of Amour de Soi Wellness and her mission is to help people discover self-love and happiness. She has given several talks around the country for healthcare providers, corporations, women’s conferences and for the general public.

Donovon Jenson is a software engineer in the Bay Area and the founder of howtohappy.com. He is a Utah native who has long been interested in human development and health. He double majored in psychology and health policy, and graduated Magna Cum Laude through the Honors College at the University of Utah. How to Happy strives to provide thoughtful and actionable insights on living a happier life.

We believe happiness is the result of self-awareness, balance and a positive mindset, among a myriad of other things. Our goal is to inspire you to see life through a new lens by adding strategies and exercises to your toolbox, then encouraging you to take action. We are all capable of being happier, let’s work together to find the best pathways to get there.
