Today’s guest is Leah Parsons; speaker and spiritual warrior. She uses one of the painful experiences in her life to drive awareness, but also to help others heal. This episode is jam-packed with so many golden nuggets to help people heal and move forward in their daily grind.

More about Leah Parsons:

Leah's daughter Rehtseh was just 15 yrs old when she was raped by four males. A photo was taken during one of the assaults and shared throughout the community and beyond. The cyber abuse continued for 17 months until Rehtaeh lost her will to live. She died by suicide when she was 17yrs old.

That same day Leah became her daughter's voice.

Leah stepped onto her path and embraced her new purpose by becoming an advocate for others. She presents on topics such as sexualized violence, cyber abuse, suicide awareness, and healthy ways to walk through pain and suffering.

Her audience includes students, community members, police, front-line health care professionals and victims of crime.
