Rob Master is an experienced global marketer and media leader with 30 years of brand building and P&L experience with leading Packaged Goods and Retail Marketers. Most recently, Rob served as Vice President of Media and Integrated Marketing for Unilever and sat on the board of Unilever’s U.S. Business. After more than 20 years with Unilever, Rob is now an Adjunct Professor and advisor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Rob doesn't call it like it is, but calls it like he sees it. His 30+ year-long career has shown him the change over the generations and the adventure that comes with it. He believes that it is perfectly alright to take a view based on the context of today, but adapt to the change in shifts in the years to come after that. Rob also believes that giving the younger generation the tools to feel confident and adapt to the future is the key for them to thrive in their careers.
