This week I dive into some of the biggest misconceptions about fat loss perpetuated by the fitness industry. Weight loss and burning body fat aren’t necessarily the same thing, and detoxing, supplements and losing water weight (sweating/waist training) may make you feel like you’re biting fat, but they do not hold a candle to what it actually takes. Eating less, moving more, adequate rest, and a little consistency is all you actually need to get it done.
