Before co-founding Footwork, a venture capital firm that manages $175M, Nikhil Basu Trivedi was a Managing Director at Shasta Ventures where he invested in many companies including Canva’s seed round. Additionally, he was a part of the founding team of Artsy while he was still at Princeton. In this episode, Nikhil tells us about his experiences starting businesses while still in college, how one goes about pitching a venture capital firm to investors, and his most recent investment in the map startup, Felt.
