Jennifer suffered profound trauma early in adulthood and has found ways to cope and create a life that she loves and a thriving business. In her 20's, Jennifer went through suicidal thoughts that ended up with her being hospitalized and diagnosed with PTSD. While working through her personal struggles, her husband and one of her daughters were killed by a drunk driver in a car accident. Not too long after that horrific event, Jennifer suffered a debilitating brain disease and had to have brain surgery. Instead of letting all of life's hurdles and in Jennifer's case, severely traumatic events, turn her to drugs or further depression, Jennifer found a way to fight for herself and fight for her daughters and is now a successful author, coach and public speaker-sharing her story so that others can find ways to overcome their personal struggles.
