In our 18th episode of 'The Pyramid' Scottish football podcast, Kenny Crawford is joined by Stirling Albion manager Darren Young, Carnoustie Panmure boss Phil McGuire and Steven Bell, who recently retired from a 20-year playing career.
Darren and Phil, both former Aberdeen & Dunfermline team-mates, outline how their roles as manager encompass all sorts of responsibilities, some of them entirely unexpected...yet they both love what they do. They also recall some memorable and funny times from their Pittodrie careers.
Steven is contemplating joining them in the coaching/management fraternity following successful stints on the pitch at the likes of Stirling Albion, Dunfermline, Stranraer, Ayr United and Partick Thistle.
