How do you know if you are a people pleaser?
If you find it hard to say no, regularly take on extra work, even if you do not have the time, overcommit to plans, responsibilities, or projects, and avoid advocating for yourself!
That's me! And let me tell you it is EXHAUSTING if you haven't realized yourself. It is not easy and its making our lives harder... all because we are scared to step on some toes.
Let's put an end to this. I promise it is not conducive to our success in motherhood, marriage or our businesses. As females, we are taught to be quiet and polite but it is a different time and age and we need to stop assigning that gender role to ourselves.
People pleasing has led to insecurites and constantly questioning myself and all my decisions and unlitimately like I am missing out on life.
I want to be a more confident mother, wife, boss and want to step into me without fear. I encourage the same for you and in this epsiode you can learn the first step to this transformation. And that is to STOP PEOPLE PLEASING!

Thanks for tuning in!
