Where to begin... vocalist for THE VSS / ANGEL HAIR / YEAR FUTURE etc. founder of the GSL label and Bottlenekk distribution as well as a graphic designer, art director for Sargent House and prolific digital collage artist. In 1997 The VSS travelled around Europe on the 'Nervous Circuits' tour. Seeing them play here was a total eye opener for me as a teenager. I was interested to know his perspective on touring the UK at that time and seeing the bands here like BOB TILTON / BABY HARP SEAL / STALINGRAD / HARD TO SWALLOW / KITO / EBOLA & RED MONKEY. This is the focus of the first bit of talk before a live VSS track leading into a section about ANGEL HAIR & GRAVITY records. There's a great chunk on this with lots of stories and facts I'd never heard before. The ANGEL HAIR track leads into more philosophical reflections on punk/hardcore & culture. It's a cool wide ranging talk with an awesome figure in the underground scene of the past 30 years.
