Show notes: Holly is joined by Sandy Macaskill and Anya Lahiri from Barry's Bootcamp UK, on the story of bringing an iconic US fitness brand across the pond and scaling it to the community it is today. In 2013 Barry’s (commonly referred to by fitness fanatics across the globe as ‘the greatest workout in the world') landed in London.

We travelled to Destino Pacha in Ibiza, home of the Barry's Ibiza pop-up, to discuss the growth behind the brand. We hear the secrets behind the signature workout styles, the community that has grown through a love of the workout and strengthened through the pandemic, and how culture and branding have been key.

Anya and Sandy also discuss their thoughts on juggling business and family life, and their own workout and wellness routines, too! Our episode guests: For four years Sandy Macaskill covered elite sport for The Daily Telegraph and The New York Times, before partnering with his brother James to bring the high intensity workout brand Barry’s Bootcamp to London in 2013, Co-Founding the UK Barry's Bootcamp.

Anya Lahiri is a Master Trainer at Barry's, having discovered the brand whilst working in Los Angeles as a model and actress. She has been fully involved in Barry's Bootcamp UK since its beginning in 2013, and now she also trains the new Barry's talent!
