She has spent the past three decades helping leaders in aviation and the broader business world to work on cultivating genuine connection in their teams, and she joins the show to talk about resilience.
In this conversation we explore the link between vulnerability and resilience, what Dawn has learnt from her own journey, and how growing as a leader is a journey, not a destination.
