This week we discuss how little events lead up to big events. Specifically, as we go through the work day, we may minimally adjust and alter what we're doing. Each little change is a step down the path of deviance. The further we go, the more an action is normalized. As we continue on this course and away from procedures and policies, we are normalizing our deviant behavior. Check out how this is related to the NPRM.
