This evidence-based philosophy tackles the common misconceptions behind pain during pregnancy and offers avenues to alleviate the common, but not normal “Villains of Pregnancy”. With a knack for storytelling, a flair for detail, and a hint of humor, Dr. Brandie Nemchenko published her first book What You Don’t Expect When You’re Expecting in 2018, and released the second edition in 2021. Dr. Brandie Nemchenko is also renowned for her podcast appearances and her ample lectures/webinars all the while kicking butt, running her own business, and expanding her personal brand. It is Dr. Brandie's passion to bring awareness and to help those who care for pregnant women to be aware of all the myriad of ways to help them.
