Mortgage rates are rising again. Cost of living will increase with gov energy bailout being lifted so most people will see 20% increase in energy bills, despite the falling cost of wholesale energy.
It also turns out that 2022 residential property transactions will have been the lowest since 2013, when the Land Registry reveals its final H2 2022 figures this morning.
