Wen Hsu came ot the US by herself not knowing anyone when she was young. After school, she started a career as an engineer. After 15 years as an Engineering leader, Wen found herself feeling constrained in her career and was deflated from her voice not being heard as an immigrant leader. She made a huge career pivot to help other 1st & 2nd generation immigrant female leaders be authentic and energetic leaders. She offers customized programs around mindset shifts and energy to enhance clarity and unlock true potential.

Wen Hsu is the Founder at Wen Coaching, helping 1st & 2nd generation immigrant female leaders build authentic and energetic leadership to have more fulfillment with ease.

After working 15 years as an engineering leader in the tech industry, Wen became known for her strategic thinking, building self-sustainable teams, and creating empathetic leaders. Yet, she experienced the constraints and hurdles immigrant leaders face first hand. Thankfully, through deep inner work and coaching, she consciously chooses who she is as a human and as a leader and speaks herself out to the world.

Now, her passion is to coach high-level women leaders, executives and entrepreneurs to design and reach their career and life success in their own definition. She combined analytical mind with her intuition, and landed on a unique approach.
