How do we move through loss and grief in a way that honors our feelings, but also allows us to keep living?

It’s a question each of us will face at some point in our lives. Grief can be isolating and scary. We are all bound together by deep recognition of its universal impact, yet no two people experience it the same.

We all experience it at some point in our lives, but it isn't easy or fun. Even when you know loss is inevitable, the feelings it produces can be overwhelming and paralyzing — especially if you don't have a plan for how to navigate them.

In this episode, Sam and I talk about how we can honor ourselves while dealing with the pain of grief: by learning to move through loss in ways that build resilience instead of breaking us down. So grab your headphones, get ready to feel some feels — and tune in!
