On this episode I am joined by Intuitive Healer/Performer/Teaching Artist/Entrepreneur Queen Shereen Macklin. Queen Shereen is a bright, bold and vibrant soul who embodies her vision of freedom, transparency and connection for all womxn-more specifically womxn of color who have often been silenced, downplayed or ignored. She is a native New Yorker who currently resides in her spiritual home of New Orleans. She earned her undergraduate degree in Chemistry from North Carolina A&T State University and a Masters of Fine Arts in Acting from the Actors Studio Drama School at Pace University. As a member of SAG-AFTRA and AEA, she has performed on stages across the United States and internationally, commercials, film and voiceover work. She loves creating and producing work with her soul tribe that inspires and heals. With over 20 years of experience as an educator and creator of theatre/dance programs for both children and adults in underserved communities throughout New York City, Los Angeles and New Orleans, she brings this same dedication and passion to the work that she continues to do as an Intuitive Healer, Professional Performing Artist, Certified Life Coach, Teaching Artist and Entrepreneur. Her mission is to embody and create safe spaces for womxn of color to discover, heal and inspire in order to be the fullest expression of themselves and reveal their true voices to the world.
