Interview starts at (19:29). Ken Lewis could have made his career in liquor retail, but on the front lines of the alcohol sales biz, he saw just how big bourbon was getting. He sold Party Source, one of the nation's largest alcohol retailers, to his employees and in 2014 he founded New Riff Distilling. And he hasn't slowed down since: in recent years the distillery has invested $14 million in expanding.
