Perry and Byron Allen seems to be in a "bidding war" for Paramount's BET Network, as Paramount looks for substantial partners to invest. The Weather Channel and equity stake in Sinclair Broadcast Groups acquisition of Fox Sports Networks. Paramount's plans to raise money and shed assets to pay down debt and invest in their two-year old streaming service, Paramount Plus+.
