Lauren Thompson, Principal Innovation, LLC

Lauren Thompson, Ph.D. is a leader, consultant and coach with extensive experience in the public and private sectors. Throughout her career, Dr. Thompson has focused on building the quality and capacity of the U.S. health care system to enhance the delivery of care across organizational boundaries through interoperable health systems. Her leadership of federal interagency programs and public-private partnerships advanced the state of health data interoperability. Her leadership in professional services, information technology, health research, and federally funded research and development organizations guided interoperability and program integration across federal agencies. She embodies coaching as a core tenet of her leadership to align individual, team and organizational goals and strategies in fulfillment of mission.
