Austin Yeh’s parents wanted him to become a doctor, a good job with good pay. Austin wanted way more than that he wanted time freedom! He started as an intern and ended up working 80 hour weeks, for nominal pay, and he could NOT imagine working for 40 years at a job like that. Even when he went full time the pay was still only 5 figures. He stumbled into real estate, and with one wholesale deal made $25,000, almost a third of his yearly salary! A friend at work had suggested reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, and Austin was hooked. A few years on, and even during COVID, he’s scaled his portfolio and set himself on the path to time freedom.

Has it all been success? NO! He’s made many mistakes, but learned so much from them, way more than he learned from his successes.

If YOU want to hear about someone else’s mistakes, how they learned from them and had massive success, TUNE IN!

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN:

  • How Ontario Property Deals has success with wholesaling
  • How his first deal flamed out with many mistakes
  • His experience with bad tenants, and why quality locations and quality tenants are key
  • How’s he’s found success with buy and hold in a few markets
  • How he creatively find deals
  • Why the pro forma is not always the best decision making tool
  • Why he started the RISE podcast
  • Why the RISE network is aimed at younger and less experienced investors
  • How burnout can spark a change from 9-5
  • And Much More!
