She is a Research Fellow at the NUS Centre for Nature-based Climate Solutions working with wetland conservation in Asia. She recently completed her PhD at the National University of Singapore. We discuss the world's largest delta in detail covering the mangrove species, the only tiger species that lives in a mangrove and which probably has to climb a tree twice a day during high tide; the adapatibility of species, a resilient community and the meaning of "maladaptation" a new word to add to our vocabulary.
