The hardest part of life is dealing with loss and grief. People say time heals wounds but would if it’s not about getting over Grief but learning to live with it. Before we can even heal though, we must accept and have to go through the process which might look all over the place for some. Grief is not a one-size fits all and there is no finish line. The ongoing process though doesn’t have to feel alone, hopeless and like you’ll never be able to remove the dagger from your heart. You are not alone. Some helpful links: Rebecca Campbells book “Letters to a Starseed: Messages and Activations for Remembering Who You Are and Why You Came Here” https://a.co/d/gMaBK7Q Please leave feedback and send a voicemail message if you like to ask a question on the show: https://anchor.fm/hellogorgeousmama/message If you feel alone, hopeless and having thoughts of hurting yourself or others, call or text tel:1-800-662-4357 . Also, you can visit the National Substance Abuse & Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) https://www.samhsa.gov/find-help/national-helpline Directly from SAMHSA website: Also visit the online treatment locator, or send your zip code via text message: 435748 (HELP4U) to find help near you.
