9:25 JH - 62% of buyers have buyer's remorse now

17:30 MM CA - $5k above asking used to be a lot, but then it became $25k, $30k on and on

18:45 MM - Mortgage rates will come down

20:20 CA - Don't let social media skew your perception or reality of what's happening

21:15 MM - Guess what? Life will go on and people will still have housing needs

22:50 CA - No one wants to change their actions, they want things to be as they were

24:50 JH - It's a more balanced market

26:00 MM - Sellers will have to become more realistic

28:35 JH - We are so conditioned to follow

29:45 MM - Builders are coming back with hat in hand

31:10 CA - We lived through 2008.....and we're still here
