My favorite topic is nervous system regulation. This is my #1 go-to business strategy for leveling up my business and allowing in more clients, more money, and more visibility.
Your business is run by your nervous system. Your nervous system is your money maker. It's all about finding safety in growth and building capacity for expansion.
Hustle culture and living off of stress hormones (cortisol) + caffeine have its price. And I paid it. Not anymore and I'm reaping the rewards.
This is more of an introduction to the nervous system and how it impacts us photographers (or creative entrepreneurs).
