A serial entrepreneur, Deanna Hamilton started her journey as Founder and CEO
of Circle One, Inc., a consumer product marketing and multi-format printing
company. Circle One was quickly established as an emerging leader in the print
industry. Prestigious honors bestowed upon Circle One include, National Minority
Supplier Development Council, Regional Supplier of the Year, and Georgia
Minority Supplier Development Council Supplier of the Year, which led to a
historic exit and acquisition by Xerox Corporation.
Continuing beyond the successful start of Circle One, Inc., Deanna’s passion for
The Art of the Deal drove her to launch a management consulting division under
the banner, Circle One Associates. The enterprise specializes in private sector
growth strategies for small, mid-cap businesses, entertainers, and sports
properties. Some clients include, the Georgia Legislative Black Caucus, National
Black MBA Association, the Steve & Marjorie Harvey Foundation, Georgia Minority
Supplier Development Council, Major League Soccer, and Breakfast at Barney’s.
An accredited investor, Deanna leveraged her success and launched Circle One
Development and Circle One Investments to manage a diversified portfolio which
includes hotel development, health & beauty, sports nutrition, sports equipment,
and medical apparel.
Deanna was groomed for her entrepreneurial journey by Fortune 1000 companies,
Stellantis, formerly Chrysler Corporation; General Electric; and The Coca- Cola
Company who entrusted Deanna to skillfully drive the financial thermometer of
their organizations.
Deanna holds a Master of Science Degree in Business Management and a
Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance from Walsh College.
Deanna generously donates her time as Vice-Chair, Silence the Shame
Foundation, Vice-Chair, National Black Empowerment Council, Deputy Treasurer,
Georgia Association of Black Women Attorney’s and Advisory Board Member,
Dream Corps and Atlanta Fashion Week.
Deanna has been awarded the Georgia Legislative Black Caucus, Chairwoman’s
Award; National Empowerment Council, Legislative Impact Award; National Black
MBA Association, MBA of the Year Award; Brown Forman, Women of the Year
Award; Lincoln Motor Company, Rising Star Award; Diversity Magazine’s Top 50
under 50 Corporate Executive Award; National Black MBA Association, Atlanta
Chapter’s Community Service and MBA of the Year Award, to name a few.
