The month of May we're going to focus on HEALTH and stepping into the healthiest, highest versions of ourselves. Today we covered the four core pillars of health: Nutrition, Movement, Sleep and Stress Management.
All of these pillars are vital in living your healthiest life, and if one is off it can sabotage your health even if you're crushing the other three pillars.
We also quickly shared our journey's in health and how we got to where we are today health wise through a simple lifestyle program we follow.
Lastly, we did a very quick sleep masterclass during the C block (conclusion) on how to hack your way to the best sleep.
