The ladies are back and BADDER and DRUNKER than ever! We recently had a live show where we covered two local legends, and while the audio was unsalvageable and the content was decidedly PG, we're excited to share these stories the old-fashioned way- fueled by wine. First, Kelley shares the story of Edith Graham Mayo, a nurse who was too hot to make it in Chicago, but not too hot to help build the Mayo Clinic and be a mother to an entire city. Then, Emily retells the story of Alice Magaw, a woman who decided that choking patients during surgery was probably a bad idea and developed an anesthesia method that became the national standard.
