In 1985, a woman's body was found along the I-71 interstate, and over time, more murdered prostitutes were found with no leads on the killer or killers’ identity. In 2019, DNA evidence from the crime scenes led investigators to Samuel Legg III, known as "Dr. No," linking him to two of the murders. Unfortunately, Legg's mental state was deteriorating, making him unfit to stand trial and leaving authorities uncertain if he's responsible for other cases or if other killers are still at large. The investigation continues in hopes of bringing closure to the victims and their families.
