Fedir Serdiuk (born in 1995, in Odesa, Ukraine) is an entrepreneur and co-founder of FAST / PULSE & Beta-Victory technologies. Also, he is an advisor to the Minister of Finance of Ukraine and a Board Member of the Ukrainian Startup Fund.

During his career, most of the projects initiated by Fedir Serdiuk were focused on solving safety issues.

Serdiuk spent several years as a Red Cross Rescue Team leader and Military and law enforcement personnel trainer. He is recognized as a tactical emergency casualty care instructor by California Emergency Medical Services Authority.

In 2016 he founded FAST company performing high-quality practical first aid training in accordance with​ evidence-based medicine standards. Along with its partners, FAST offers Health&Safety training, audit, consulting and IT solutions, and fire prevention measures. Among FAST's clients are leading International and Ukrainian businesses, including Metro Group, Kernel S.A., Metinvest B.V., Naftogaz Group, etc.

Within a year of the full-scale war in Ukraine, Fedir Serdiuk established PULSE Ukraine, tactical medicine training for military personnel, and first aid training for rescuers, police officers, and volunteers.
