If I told you I was heading to The Garage, what’s your first thought? Well you're wrong. The Garage I am headed to can be a food truck or a restaurant. This week on the Steeples and Peoples podcast we talk with the brother and sister team of Matt and Rita Dorsey and Rita’s son who was part of the inspiration, Nate Hunter. We discuss why they decided to start a food truck and how that catapulted them into opening their restaurant. They share their must-have items and talk about the collaborations and partnerships that have been developed and also the various events that they hold throughout the week.
