I have an inside joke about the phrase "I have a lot going on" - it's a small trigger for me, we all have a lot going on... our lives are too busy nowadays. But I can certainly agree that Alex "has a lot going on". It's a testament to the power and effectiveness that he can walk through these circumstances in the upright and authentic manner that he is - you'll have to listen to find out what I'm talking about, you will agree.
Alex got sober at 23 years old, that's amazing to me, and on his first real attempt at recovery, again, amazing! What's funny is that he is amazed the I survived 4 years of stumbling before I caught traction. "It takes what is takes" & "Who knows what it will take".
I immediately vibe with Alex, tonight was the first time we met, he has fantastic energy, and I really admire the way he carries himself and his thoughtful approach to life - Just no way say enough great things about him, just impossible!
If you’re not having a blast in your recovery, you ain’t doing it right!
