Luosi 'Rose' Chen is a highly skilled and experienced real estate attorney licensed in New York State. She specializes in commercial and residential real properties purchase and sale, commercial leasing, and construction loans throughout the New York metropolitan area, with extensive knowledge of all types of real properties in New York City. She hosts Fireside Chats with Chinese American Attorneys, a bi-weekly interview-based live show brought by Chinese American Lawyers Forum in her spare time. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Rose founded a startup in New Jersey manufacturing special-sized disposable face masks for toddlers, preschoolers, teenagers and petite women. Rose started her legal career in immigration law more than a decade ago, mostly defending immigrants with criminal convictions in removal proceedings.
