I've been training in martial arts for 40 years, and if you ask me what art a child should take, I'll probably tell you parkour. It teaches all the movement, courage, confidence, and power of martial arts without the moral burden of violence.
In today's show, I speak with Molly Courtney, a parkour expert and owner of The Movement Park in Hillsboro, Oregon. We discuss the importance of fitness in safety generally, and how parkour skills specifically can save a life.
