Humans are naturally curious, and we are learning machines! But do most of our students truly know what it takes to learn? We all learn to walk quite naturally ... but becoming an ultra-marathoner takes a whole new set of physical, cognitive, and psychological skills. The Fika Crew considers what it takes to become a self-regulated life-long learner and why coaching might be the key.
