Just kidding. In this episode, Rob talks about how back squatting is a great exercise but it's not exactly mandatory for an effective training program. Rob goes over different squat variations that might work well for you depending on your goals, preferences, and equipment access. Squatting is an important movement and you should be doing it when training, but you're not limited to one type of squat.
