Join us for a fantastic episode with Hanz Kurdi and Madhu Chamarty. With more than $1B of silicon valley exits between them and 40+ years of Silicon Valley experience, they bring a fascinating background to a conversation on the ethics of progress, deep relationships, and empathy.

Hanz Kurdi has 20 years experience with Silicon Valley high tech startups. He has held leadership roles in the areas of finance, client development, sales & operations, and corporate strategy. Hanz has been mentoring and advising companies across the globe and within the last 4 years years he cofounded HKMC, an advisory firm focused on nurturing global entrepreneurial ecosystems. Hanz was an early employee at numerous startups with successful exits to Google, PayPal, and Vox Media. When not immersed in his day time work, Hanz speaks about the power of unlearning and finding new perspectives as a way to create harmony in the workplace and beyond, and he has written a poetry and prose book called Elevate - A Journey Within. He has created and fascilitated executive and leadership training programs in North America, Europe, and Asia while he was an Adjunct instructor at UC Berkeley in the International Diploma Program.

Meanwhile, Madhu is a versatile leader with 18 years of strategy and operational experience. He has been part of three separate $250MM+ exits, and before HKMC, most recently founded and was CEO of BeyondHQ (recently acquired!), a pioneering B2B HRTech startup, closing multimillion-dollar fundraise rounds and six-figure deals with Fortune 500 companies. He has been featured in Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Axios, Fast Company, Business Insider, and Entrepreneur.

Between Hanz and Madhu, they run HKMC, an uncommon advisory firm working with entrepreneurs making their first big launch, businesses embarking on new chapters, and organizations seeking help traversing our new shared post-pandemic reality. The two have lived across six countries on three continents, have stories from 7 companies, time at both Stanford and Berkeley, 5 successful acquisitions totaling $1B, have helped raise more than $180MM in capital, and have 15 years of partnership, mutual mentorship, and friendship together.
