Dionne Woods chats with Jennifer Gulizia on Paint Talks Podcast Episode 134. Jennifer is the creator and farmer at The Flowering Farmhouse which grows a wide variety of specialty cut flowers. She is located in the gorgeous area of Hood River, Oregon. Dahlias have always been Jennifer’s favorite cut flower and the farm currently grows over 2000 dahlias a year. When not working in the flower field, Jennifer loves to experiment with new recipes in the kitchen. Jennifer enjoys incorporating homegrown food from the garden into her recipes and is currently working on creating new sourdough discard recipes for her blog! In the winter months, you’re likely to smell fresh sourdough baking in the oven, and in the summertime, there’s always a yummy homemade ice cream for dessert.
