Meg McKeen joins Coterie Insurance on our podcast, And I Quote for a very insightful episode on discovering your strengths, overcoming burnout, lifting women in the insurance space up, and helping insurance companies reach their fullest potential by empowering their teams.

Meg has an extensive background and resume within the insurance space starting as an underwriting and exploring the sales side, too. Working for major companies and climbing her way up the ladder, Meg made a change in her career five years ago.

Burnout is all too common in the insurance industry, but it's not discussed as openly as it should be. Burnout doesn't just mean you are feeling overworked, it can be that you don't feel you are reaching your fullest potential and may just be on a professional hamster wheel.

Meg took a leap of faith and decided that she was going to start her own business so she could flex all her muscles that give her purpose and showcase her talents.

In this episode, Meg and our 'And I Quote' podcast co-host, Bobbie Collies, talk about breaking down walls to make room for women and minorities in the insurance space. Meg dives deeps into this passion of hers and how important it is for her to make sure women are represented in this industry, up on stage at events and within leadership positions at companies.
